About this grant
The Manufacturing PA Training-to-Career Grant program is designed to help companies identify and train a skilled workforce for current or emerging job openings. It will not duplicate existing programs such as WEDNet or Industry Partnerships. Instead, it focuses on supporting manufacturers in developing talent, engaging youth and individuals with barriers through career awareness activities, and strengthening the capacity of local or regional manufacturing employers.
