Terms of Service

Ryplle is a grant discovery and grant management platform. We publish information about funding opportunities and give you tools — the Ryplle Board, Reports, the Grant Portfolio, and the Document Vault — to organize your own work around them.

Ryplle is not a funder, a grant writer, a lawyer, or an accountant. We do not award money, submit applications on your behalf, or guarantee that you will receive funding.

Grant details — amounts, deadlines, eligibility, and application links — come from funders and public sources and can change without notice. Each listing carries a verification status so you can judge how confident to be in it. Always confirm the details on the funder's own site before you apply. Ryplle is not responsible for a missed deadline, a rejected application, or a decision made based on a listing.

You must give accurate information when you register, keep your password confidential, and be at least 18 years old (or old enough to enter a contract where you live). You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has access to it.

Notes, custom grants, budgets, and documents you add stay yours. You grant Ryplle only the permission needed to store, process, and display that content back to you so the product works. We do not sell your content or use it to advertise to other users.

You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload, and for not storing content that is unlawful or that infringes someone else's rights.

The Vault is protected by a passcode you choose, and files are stored privately and scoped to your account. The passcode is an additional layer of protection, not a guarantee. You are responsible for choosing a strong passcode, keeping it private, and deciding what is appropriate to store. We recommend against storing anything you are not permitted to hold digitally.

Ryplle Pro is billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your profile; access continues through the end of the period you already paid for. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change pricing with notice before your next renewal.

Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute the Ryplle grant database; do not attempt to break, probe, or bypass security or access other users' data; do not upload malware; and do not use Ryplle to break the law or to misrepresent yourself to a funder.

We work to keep Ryplle available and improving, but we may change, suspend, or retire features. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms.

Ryplle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ryplle is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost funding, lost profits, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
