Privacy Policy

• Account information — your first and last name, email address, an optional profile photo, and your account tier.
• Content you create — saved grants, board items, notes, tags, custom grants, award details, budgets, expenses, milestones, and reports.
• Document Vault files — the files you upload, their names, categories, and notes, plus a hashed version of your Vault passcode. We never store the passcode itself.
• Billing information — handled by Stripe. We store subscription status and identifiers, never your full card number.
• Basic usage data — sign-in activity and errors, used to keep the service working and secure.

To run your account, show you your pipeline, process subscription payments, respond to support requests, send service messages such as password resets and account notices, and improve and secure the product. If you turn on deadline reminders, we use your email address to send them; you can turn them off at any time.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your grant pipeline or Vault contents with funders or other users.

Only the service providers needed to operate Ryplle: our hosting and database provider (Supabase), our payment processor (Stripe), and our email delivery provider. Each handles data on our behalf under their own security obligations. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Data is encrypted in transit. Every table that holds your data is protected by row-level security rules so your records are only readable by your account. Vault files are stored in a private bucket scoped to your user ID, and the Vault passcode is hashed with PBKDF2 and never stored in plain text. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete individual grants, board items, and Vault documents at any time. Email support@ryplle.com to request full account deletion; we remove your personal data except records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.

You can view and update your name and photo in your profile, cancel your subscription at any time, opt out of reminder emails, and request a copy or deletion of your data. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA — contact us and we will honor them.

Ryplle is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
