Keystone Energy Efficiency Program (KEEP)

About this grant

Developed to help Pennsylvania homeowners afford energy efficiency upgrades and reduce energy costs, KEEP Home Energy Loans can be used for a variety of eligible projects performed by pre-approved, qualified contractors. Qualifying projects can include upgrades for heating, cooling, water heating, EV charging, smart home energy management systems, insulation, and certain energy-related improvements to home envelope.

Eligibility requirements

Owners of single family and multi-unit residential buildings of up to four units in Pennsylvania can apply, though the property must be owner-occupied (primary or secondary home) and affixed to a permanent foundation.
