Full eligibility requirements
Eligible businesses must be Minnesota-based companies or cooperatives registered with the Minnesota Secretary of State, offer a branded CPG food, beverage, or pet food product, have fewer than 500 employees (grower cooperatives are exempt), and hold an MDA Food License. There are exceptions for municipal licenses and Tribal entities.
