Full eligibility requirements
For-profit farmers, fishermen/women, and producer groups are eligible to apply. Applicants must be based in the State of Rhode Island and demonstrate at least $2,500 in eligible weather-related losses. Applicants must meet USDA definitions of a farm and farmer and have produced or normally produced at least $1,000 in agricultural products during the year of the claimed loss.
