Setting, changing, or resetting your Vault passcode
How the Document Vault PIN works and what happens if you forget it.
The Document Vault stores your organization's core documents — incorporation papers, tax determination letters, financials, insurance certificates — behind a separate passcode.
The first time you open the Vault you'll be asked to create a passcode. Choose something you'll remember; it's required each time you unlock the Vault, even while you're signed in.
To change your passcode, unlock the Vault and use the change passcode option in Vault settings. You'll need your current passcode to set a new one.
The passcode is stored securely and cannot be read by anyone — including us. If you forget it, the Vault must be reset, which removes the stored documents so they can be re-uploaded.
To request a reset, email support@ryplle.com from the address on your account. Keep local copies of anything critical before you reset.
