Ryplle Board

Award amounts, win/loss notes, and archiving

Record what you actually won, why you won or lost, and tidy up rejected grants.

When you drag a card into Awarded, Ryplle asks for the exact amount you were granted. That number — not the funder's advertised range — is what shows on the card and in your Grant Portfolio and Reports.

Moving a card to Awarded or Rejected also prompts for a short win/loss note. Those notes are collected in Reports so you can see patterns in why applications succeed or fail. You can edit them later from the card panel.

Rejected grants can be archived from the detail panel. Archiving hides the card from the board without deleting anything — archived grants live in a collapsible list below the board and can be restored with one click.
