Using the Ryplle Board
Track every application through Interested, Preparing, Submitted, Awarded, and Rejected.
The Ryplle Board is a Pro feature that tracks each grant you're pursuing across five stages: Interested, Preparing, Submitted, Awarded, and Rejected. Drag a card to a new column to move it.
Each card shows the funder, funding amount, and deadline, with amber and red countdown cues when a deadline is inside 14 or 7 days.
Open a card to add notes, a to-do checklist, tags, and your own internal deadline — the date your team wants the application finished, not just the funder's deadline.
Stage-specific fields appear as you move: Preparing adds a draft due date and document links, Submitted adds a confirmation date and funder response tracker.
Use the search box and sort menu at the top of the board to find cards by name, funder, or tag, and to sort by deadline, amount, or recently moved.
