Team & collaboration
Team roles: Owner, Editor, and Viewer
What each permission level can see and do in your workspace.
Each member of your workspace has one of three roles. The person who created the account is the Owner.
Owners can do everything: manage billing and seats, invite and remove members, change roles, rename the workspace, and add or edit grants, awards, and documents.
Editors can do the day-to-day work — move grants across the board, add notes and checklists, update budgets and reports in the Grant Portfolio, and upload vault documents — but they can't manage billing, seats, or members.
Viewers get read-only access. They can see the board, portfolio, reports, and calendar, which is ideal for board members, finance staff, or leadership who just need visibility.
The owner can change a member's role or remove them entirely from the Team page at any time. Removed members immediately lose access to the workspace.
