Team workspaces and inviting collaborators

Every Ryplle account is a workspace for your organization. The account owner can invite teammates from the Team page (in the account menu) so everyone works on the same grants, awards, and documents.

To invite someone, open Team, choose Invite member, enter their email, and pick a role. They'll receive an email with a secure link that's valid for 14 days — if they don't have a Ryplle account yet, they'll create one as part of accepting.

Once a teammate accepts, they see the same Ryplle Board, Grant Portfolio, Document Vault, Reports, and Calendar as you. Everything stays private to your organization — other Ryplle users can't see your workspace.

You can revoke a pending invitation at any time from the Team page, and the owner can rename the workspace from the same place.
