What happens to my data if I cancel Pro?
Pro features become unavailable when you cancel, and account data may be removed after 30 days of inactivity. Export anything you need before cancelling.
When you cancel Ryplle Pro, your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. After that, your account moves to the Free plan.
On the Free plan you keep unlimited grant search and full grant detail pages, and you can view and manage up to 5 saved grants.
Pro-only features become unavailable. That includes the Ryplle Board, Reports and win-rate analytics, CSV export, Calendar, email reminders, Post-Award Command Center, Document Vault, and team collaboration.
Export your data before you cancel. Once your paid period ends, you can no longer open Reports, the Board, or the Vault to retrieve files — so download anything you need first using Reports → Export, the board PDF report, or the Vault download buttons.
Ryplle runs a periodic account cleanse. Accounts and associated data — including saved grants, board data, reports, awards, vault files, and team information — may be permanently removed after 30 days of inactivity following the end of a subscription. Deleted data cannot be recovered, so please don't rely on Ryplle as long-term storage after cancelling.
